Evolution Physical Therapy is an independently owned and operated outpatient clinic serving Montgomery County, MD. We offer sports rehab, dry needling treatment, preoperative care and postoperative care, including physical therapy for older adults focused on balance, arthritis pain relief, and other geriatric needs. Our clinic is located in Clarksburg, Maryland, close to Frederick, Germantown, and Gaithersburg.
