Evolution Physical Therapy in Clarksburg, MD is an independently owned and operated outpatient clinic serving Montgomery County, MD. We offer sports rehab, dry needling treatment (dry needling vs acupuncture), pre operative care and post operative care, including geriatric physical therapy for older adults focused on balance, arthritis pain relief, and other geriatric needs. Our clinic is located close to Frederick, Germantown, and Gaithersburg.

A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m so glad they did! I came in for pain on my arm and tried dry needling—I felt better right away. 🙌 Ken and Rebecca were both very nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great care!

Dr's Ken and Becca Lou are caring and highly professional Physical Therapists. They have provided thorough PT treatments for my husband and myself. I was recently in a car accident and Dr Ken the Physical therapist is helping me with my whole right side discomfort. He gives me dry needling and massage therapy in my areas of discomfort. My daughter is a gymnast and came to Rebeca with knee, shoulder,elbow, and wrist pain. Within in a month not only was she pain free but she increased her meet scores a half of a point. Everyone is so helpful and willing to work with your schedule. I strongly recommend if you need any type of physical therapy. Five stars all the way

This past year I went to Evolution Physical Therapy with a shoulder issue, knee and hip pain with arthritis, and also vertigo. I am free of all issues for almost two months now! Dry needling helped in addition to massage, exercises, heat and cold. Ken and Rebecca, and all their staff, are very knowledgeable and professional. They provide personal attention throughout your exercises making sure you are doing them correctly. I felt comfortable and motivated. Mona is very welcoming and helpful with scheduling, and took care of my health insurance requirements. I highly recommended!

Dr. Lou is amazing! He actually spends time listening to the patient and then takes time to find a cause and solution to the physical issue. This is rare in today's medical environment. He taught me things about my issue I wasn't aware of. Worth a visit!

I really appreciate the professionalism of Evolution Physical Therapy. The personnel are knowledgeable and well-qualified in the services they deliver to their patients, including me. I had a mid- and lower-back problem that occurred while I was swimming, and the staff at Evolution Physical Therapy took excellent care of me in providing various forms of therapy to relieve pain and adjust the structure in my mid- and lower-back to cure the problem. The practice is not unduly overcrowded with patients at any given time, so that the therapists can provide extensive personal attention to the therapies and respond to patients' feedback and questions. I would unconditionally recommend Evolution Physical Therapy to anyone in upper Montgomery County, MD, who needs physical therapy services.

I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end, from Mona scheduling my appointment to Rebecca's expertise. I was able to learn exercises to strengthen my neck muscles, and the heat and massage were also a bonus. I look forward to my future visits as the experience was so positive! The physical therapist here are amazing. They really listen to your physical needs and help you get to the bottom of where your pain is coming from and how to help minimize it! I highly recommend them. Did you know they do "needling" too!

Evolution PT is a rare find! Individually owned and operated and takes many insurance plans! Rebecca treated my arm pain with dry needling among other things and in one day the pain I had had for 4 weeks was gone. She is extremely knowledgeable about her field but is just lovely to work with and has a gentle demeanor. Their admin Mona is also a pleasure to work with. Both locations are spotless and usually there are at most 2 other people there besides you and Rebecca/Ken. Can't recommend Evolution enough!

Ken and Rebecca are phenomenal therapists! They truly care about their patients, and want them to heal. I injured my back and was taking pain killers daily to get through a normal day, after a couple weeks of working with Ken I no longer needed to medicate. After two months I was back to working out at the gym 3 times a week armed with the knowledge of how to modify certain movements so I would not re-injure my back! Ken and Rebecca clearly know what they are doing, you will not be disappointed!
