Who we are

Our Physical Therapy Team

Evolution Physical Therapy is an independently owned and operated outpatient clinic servicing Montgomery County in Maryland. We are located in the Highlands at Clarksburg Shopping Center in Clarksburg, Maryland.

We provide high quality physical therapy services tailored for each individual. We understand and treat the root cause of injuries, in order to help our patients reduce their pain and restore functional movement for their daily lives.

Our modern boutique clinic was designed to be a comfortable and relaxing environment for our guests. Each and every patron is treated like family. Our staff strives to give you the best possible physical therapy experience to help you recover from your injury and get back to the activities that you love to do the most.

Kenneth Lou

PT, DPT, CDNT

Background

  • Kenneth graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California in 2016 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and extensive training in manual therapy. Prior to co-founding Evolution Physical Therapy, he gained experience in various settings including outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehab, and pre & post-operative rehab for total hip and knee replacements. He utilizes the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® in the assessment and treatment of spinal and extremity pain with excellent outcomes. He also has a certification in dry needling (CDNT) and provides trigger-point dry needling treatments for his patients with conditions involving muscular dysfunctions or referred pain.

  • Kenneth is originally from Los Angeles, California and settled down in Maryland after graduate school. He played varsity basketball for his high school team and it was his love for basketball that guided him to pursue a career in physical therapy where he could help athletes along with everyday people recover from their injuries. Outside of work he enjoys playing basketball, spending time outdoors, biking and cooking for his family.

Rebecca Lou

PT, DPT, CDNT

Background

  • Rebecca graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California in 2016 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a strong background in manual therapy. She worked at outpatient orthopedic clinics in Montgomery County and Frederick County, treating patients of all ages and conditions, as well as the outpatient department of an assisted living facility primarily serving the geriatric population before co-founding Evolution Physical Therapy. She received her vestibular rehabilitation certification through the American Institute of Balance, in which she specializes in the treatment of vertigo, particularly benign paroxsymal positional vertigo (BPPV) and is trained in Concussion Rehabilitation and Management. She is also an Otago certified clinician who specializes in treating the geriatric population, to improve strength, increase mobility, balance and decrease their fall risk.

  • Rebecca is a native of Montgomery County, and grew up training at a gymnastics gym in Rockville, MD and began competing for the USA Gymnastics National Team at a young age. The exposure to orthopedic injuries during her training led her to develop a passion for the field of physical therapy. In her free time, she enjoys taking fitness classes including, Zengo, The Bar Method, Aerial Yoga and spending time with her family and friends.

Yusuf Siddiqui

PTA

Background

  • Yusuf is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from the Carroll Community College PTA Program in 2022. His passion for health and wellness was deeply influenced by his engagement in various sports and physical activities. This connection to an active lifestyle inspires his professional ethos and allows him to closely relate to his patients’ ambitions and challenges. In his practice, Yusuf is dedicated to helping individuals return to the activities they love. He takes immense fulfillment in witnessing their journey of recovery and improvement. His approach centers on providing compassionate, individualized care, empowering his patients to achieve physical and emotional well-being.

  • Outside of his professional life, Yusuf is an avid volleyball player and enjoys spending time outdoors and working out, embodying the active lifestyle he advocates.

  • Mona is our office manager and welcoming receptionist. She is your go to person for scheduling your physical therapy appointments, coordinating your benefits, and information regarding billing.
